For the past twelve years, Tom has been involved in numerous hotel and resort transactions throughout the Asia[1]Pacific and the Americas, exceeding over $4.5bn worth of deals.
Prior to his current position at CBRE, Tom worked in the United States with JLL Hotels in Miami as well as their global headquarters in Chicago, working across the key markets of the Mid-West, Florida and the Caribbean.
