Since launching in late 2017, IP Generation has built a substantial portfolio of assets valued in excess of $700m, with exposure across retail, office & property development projects.
The business has been an active market participant in some of the largest property deals in recent years, including the acquisition in June of this year of a $300m portfolio of neighbourhood mall assets in New South Wales from vendor Paul Lederer.
