Melbourne's leading development firm Fidcorp has recently submitted application to build 454 apartments in South Yarra.
Located at 627 Chapel Street, Fidcorp has applied to build one of the tallest and dense apartment building within the precinct.
The 1529sqm site was aquired by Fidcorp 16 months again, and is home to the firms office.
The site is located next to LK Property Group's iconic Capitol Grand project which is due to commence construction for the approved 50-storey, 450 unit project.
