Version 2.10 broadens InstaDocs accessibility, introduces support for a new file type, and improves the real time analytics from prospect activity. These improvements help agents run more dynamic campaigns on InstaDocs.
International Mobile Number Support
With growing global interest, prospects can now access datarooms using international phone numbers. Direct Invites and Copy Link workflows allow agents to select the correct country code using a simple flag picker. Although this is a beta release and verification is not yet included, it opens the door to smoother international access.
Support for DXF Files
Agents can now upload DXF files directly into the dataroom. This gives prospects access to CAD drawings, architectural plans, and technical diagrams without relying on external tools. This capability has been widely requested by commercial and development campaigns where plans form a key part of the buyer journey.
Real Time Prospect Data Refresh
Engagement analytics now update instantly. Views, downloads, and time spent viewing refresh in real time without requiring a manual page reload. This gives agents immediate insight into activity during key moments of a campaign and supports faster decision making when assessing buyer intent.
