PENRITH - $64 million
Thirteen industrial lots at Nepean Business Park in Penrith have been purchased by developers and owner-occupiers, underscoring the increasing competitiveness for serviced commercial land in Western Sydney.
The sites included in the sales ranged in size from 2,070 to 9,885 square meters, totaling 53,368 square meters.
The deal was negotiated by Mathew Alessi and John Micallef of CBRE in conjunction with Luke Belotti and Mathew Neale of Macquarie Commercial.
HORNSBY - $4 million
The $4 million sale of an off-market industrial property at 19-21 Leighton Place, Hornsby, set a record industrial land rate for the suburb of $2,152 per square metre and demonstrated the ongoing demand for strategically located owner-occupier properties around Sydney's North Shore.
The deal was negotiated by John Carney of Colliers.

SPRING HILL - $28.6 million
On behalf of Madison Hotel Group, specialised national brokerage firm HTL Property announces the Madison Tower Mill Hotel's successful sale. Along with HTL Directors Nic Simarro and Glenn Price, HTL Property National Director Andrew Jackson managed the 70-key hotel's sale.
The Kim family's Samdoo Corporation, an experienced hotel operator in Brisbane, ultimately purchased the Madison Tower Mill Hotel for a reported $28.6 million.
The deal was negotiated by Andrew Jackson, Nic Simarro, and Glenn Price of HTL Property.
AIRLIE BEACH - $20.75 million
The Port of Airlie, a generational coastal infrastructure asset that included a marina and cruise terminal, was acquired by JLL & CBRE on behalf of Sentinel Property to Glenn Piper's Epochal Hotels for $20,750,000.
The Port of Airlie was completed in 2014 and consists of a 8,119 square meter seabed lease with about 310 linear meters of pontoon infrastructure accommodating ten boats and fueling facilities, as well as a 1,400 square meter freehold terminal building with passenger facilities, offices, retail, and a 168-seat café.
The deal was negotiated by Jacob Swan, Christian Tsalikis, and Liam Cox of JLL in conjunction with Neville Smith and Craig Chapman of CBRE.
EVERTON HILLS - $7.35 million
This modern daycare facility, which is situated in Brisbane's well-known north-west growth precinct, is leased to Guardian Childcare & Education, a prominent national early education operator with a network of more than 170 locations throughout Australia. It provides investors with exposure to a defensive asset class supported by solid demographics and industry fundamentals.
The 131-place center is located just 8km from the Brisbane CBD, where median house prices are around $1,250,000, reflecting an annual capital growth of 22.4%. It is situated on a 2,500sqm* corner landholding with 105m* of combined dual street frontage to Chincook Street and Cabrilla Street. It has 24 on-site parking spaces.

BUNDALL - $13,600,000 million
Situated at 4-6 Strathaird Road and 85-87 Ashmore Road, Bundall, the 6072 square meter property is for sale for $13,600,000. It has been owned by the same family for over 50 years.
Before selling to popular Brisbane developer, Boldstone, the unique proposal generated over 229 local and national inquiries due to intense competition.
The deal was negotiated by Jackson Rameau of RWC Pacific Group.

KLEMZIG - $15 million
Two nearby properties, 24-46 Boucaut Avenue and 67-75 Windsor Grove, sold for $15 million to a local developer.
Along with other specialised residential groups, aged care developers were given access to the 1.5-hectare land. Situated around 1.5 kilometers from the Klemzig Interchange, this location has environmental restrictions and borders the Linear Park Windsor Grove Playground.
The deal was negotiated by Jack O’Leary and Tom Love of JLL.
