CBRE appoints high profile Gold Coast agents to lead Metropolitan Investments division

CBRE has appointed leading Gold Coast property professionals Steve Clark and Kyle Youngson to lead its Metropolitan Investments team.

Formerly with Colliers International, Mr Clark and Mr Youngson join the CBRE Gold Coast office as Directors of its Metropolitan Investments division, specialising in the sale of leased investments and development sites in the area.

CBRE Gold Coast Managing Director Jonathan O’Brien said the appointments were a significant hire for the business.

“Steve and Kyle bring with them a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Gold Coast commercial property market that will ensure we continue to provide a first-class service offering to our clients,” Mr O’Brien said.

Commenting on his new role, Mr Clark said it represented an exciting opportunity to further build on CBRE’s success in the Gold Coast market.

“Having the brand of one of the most successful real estate services firms in the world behind us, and our inherent knowledge of the Gold Coast is a win for all our clients.”

Mr Youngson said their new roles came at a time of opportunity for the Gold Coast commercial property market.

“Unprecedented infrastructure spend, a high performing residential market and strong jobs growth, means the impending Commonwealth Games will put the spotlight on the Gold Coast commercial property. We look forward to being part of the Gold Coast’s continued growth story.”
