A seven level mixed-use development located between 123 - 125 Bridge Road, Richmond is slated to go ahead after receiving approval from VCAT.
The complex, designed by BG Architecture, will feature 3 ground floor retail premises in addition to 21 dwellings, 21 bike spaces, and 11 car spaces.
The project will now progress through to the marketing phase.
