With more than 25 onlookers wanting a slice of the action, the auction started at $1.5 million. As 4 bidders were hungry to secure the rare retail investment, the auction came to an end, passing in to the highest bidder for $1.75 million, before soon after selling for $1.8 million.
In the end the appetite was satisfied!
