Todd has worked in commercial real estate in Townsville since 1999, spending 15 years with Ferry Property, a highly regarded and well-known local firm. Todd started working for Colliers International in 2014 after the firm acquired Ferry Property. Todd has a wealth of local property knowledge and is well-versed in all aspects of business, contemporary and retail dealings, and rental. Todd has built a large client base of both local and business consumers throughout his time inland. He's worked on major errand arrangements for clients like News Limited, Westpac, BP, Townsville City Council, Australia Post, Korda Mentha, and Ernst & Young. Todd's business record includes financing the CEC Group's acquisition of 53 hectares of contemporary property at the Bohle ($16 million), as well as playing a key role in the dismantling of Queensland Rail's former Townsville Maintenance Yards ($32 million) by Leighton Properties.
