Shaun comes to his position in business land with a strong background in advertising and business management. Since joining the Colliers International Townsville group in 2011, Shaun has developed a reputation for providing outstanding client service and has built a strong customer base within the local business community. During this period, he has quickly established his engagement in many areas of business. Shaun began his career in business by working in the advertising department of the North Queensland Cowboys before joining the Mike Carney Toyota and Lexus outreach team. This wide variety of knowledge has aided him in developing a comprehensive plan and capability in the commercial land industry. Shaun has had great success in business deals and renting, with single deals totalling up to $8 million and a wide range of office and retail leases. The Red Shield Appeal of the Salvation Army, the Black Dog Charity Ride, Youth With a Mission (YWAM), the Townsville Enterprise Emerging Leaders Program, and the Townsville Triathlon Festival are among them. Shaun is also a Presbyterian Church volunteer, serving as a Young Adults Leader at Willows Presbyterian Church and as a High School Youth Group Leader at the annual NQ Extreme Camp. Coaching children and young adults is one of these occupations. Shaun is also working hard to raise funds for Scripture Union Queensland's annual Anchor Dinner, which supports school chaplaincy in North Queensland. He got his start in the company with one of Townsville's most seasoned land businesses, and in November 1997, he established the mainland organisation in Townsville with a focus on the commercial and modern property market. In 2004, Peter formed a partnership with Colliers International. Peter is widely recognised as one of Townsville's most knowledgeable persons in business and mechanical property, and for his shown competence, uprightness, and commitment to his clients, workers, and community. Peter provides consistent benefits to his customers by combining impressive level arranging talents, secret information on local property evaluations, and a large network of connections. He has been essential in closing some of the largest property deals in the area. Zoe's main goal in marketing is to drive their company's advertising strategy, strengthen their brand, and assist them come up with creative ways to communicate with their customers across a variety of media. Townsville Commercial and Industrial Group Assistant Christine joined Colliers International Townsville in November 2017 as a Team Assistant. Christine works closely with the Sales and Leasing Team in her position.
