Angelo has worked as a Property Consultant for over 40 years and as a Certified Valuer for much longer. He graduated from James Cook University in North Queensland with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Angelo's speciality themes include from business and contemporary to Receivership and Mortgagee work, as well as specific knowledge on the sugar stick sector, since he hails from the Burdekin District and has marketed stick ranches throughout his property showing career. Angelo has advised on projects such as the Department of Defense's elimination of surplus grounds at Townsville Airport's methodology, resulting in a project the board exercise to split business allocations and then the exact removal to achieve a higher than expected yield for the Department.
