Guy relocated to London for a long period and worked for JP Morgan in their Equities group, with a focus on real estate. He subsequently returned to Sydney and began working for a major worldwide land organisation, where he gained actual expertise in business/retail transactions and rental. In 2006, he joined Charter Hall, a leading property designer and asset administrator, where he worked for several years in various public positions such as Project Leasing, Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Development Management. Guy returned to Adelaide in March 2012 to join Knight Frank's National Capital Transactions Group. Guy was recently promoted to the newly created position of Partner, Head of Institutional Sales, Victoria and South Australia.
