Commercialisation Australia Grants

Commercialisation Australia is a competitive grant program administered by AusIndustry which can provide substantial funds (grants from $50,000 to $2 million) to businesses developing and commercialising new products, processes and services.

This program commenced on 1 January 2010 and is now open for applications.

The program has four key componants

Skills and Knowledge: Funds up to $50,000 to purchase specialist advice and services from third party service providers to facilitate commercialisation.

Experienced Executives: Provides up to $200,000 towards the cost of engaging and experienced CEO or other executives to implement commercialisation plans.

Proof of Concept: Grant funding up to $250,000 is avalable to effectively prove the viability of a new product, process or service in the marketplace.

Early Stage Commercialisation: Provides funding of up to $2 million to develop the new product to a stage where it can be successfully taken to market.  

We envisage the program will be highly competetive and a comprehensive application will be required.
